All of our lamps are handmade to order.
- Orders are processed within 2–4 business days
- This includes crafting, quality checking, and preparing your item for dispatch
Please note: During busy periods, processing times may be slightly extended.

Once your order has been dispatched, estimated delivery times are:
- Up to 20 business days
These are estimated timeframes, not guarantees.

- Shipping times may vary depending on your location, courier delays, customs, or high demand periods
- We are not responsible for delays once the order has been dispatched
- Tracking information will be provided once your order is shipped (where applicable)
- Incorrect shipping details provided by the customer may result in delays or lost parcels — we are not liable for this
Customs & International Orders
- International orders may be subject to customs fees, taxes, or import duties
- These charges are the full responsibility of the customer
