Refund & Returns Policy

Due to the handmade, made-to-order nature of our products, all sales are final.

We do not offer refunds, cancellations, or exchanges under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

  • Change of mind
  • Ordering the wrong item
  • No longer wanting the product
  • Delays outside of our control

Exceptions (Limited Eligibility Only)

You may only be eligible for a refund or replacement if:

  • Your item arrives significantly not as advertised

To be eligible:

  • You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • You must provide clear photo/video evidence of the issue
  • The item must be unused and in its original condition

Returns

If your request is approved:

  • You will be required to return the item to us
  • All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
  • We do not cover or reimburse return shipping fees

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will determine whether a refund or replacement is appropriate.

Important Notes

  • As each lamp is handmade to order, slight variations in design, colour, or finish are not considered defects
  • We reserve the right to deny any refund request that does not meet the criteria above
